    Acceptable Attire:

    • Smart Casual Attire is acceptable; which includes:

    • Dress Shorts

    • Collared Shirts

    • Loafer-type shoes.

    Thank you for NOT wearing the following:

    • Baseball caps or hoodies

    • Athletic wear, gym shoes, or sweatpants/shirts

    • Overly provocative, revealing, or bedroom attire (e.g., intimate wear or lingerie)

    • Plastic, rubber, foam-style slides, flip flops, or bedroom slippers

    • Overly tattered or ripped clothing

    • Tank tops or sleeveless shirts for Men

    Additionally, please refrain from entering the venue with noxious or offensive odors

    Friday and Saturday (2 shows): 7pm and 10pm; approximately 75 minutes each show.

  • Printing your ticket is optional, but may expedite your entrance. However, we can scan your ticket on your smartphone if you select the e-print option when purchasing your ticket.

  • Yes, if you print, email or screenshot the specific ticket(s) to your guest(s) to present to the ticket attendant upon arrival. Make sure the seat assignment and barcode are clearly visible.

  • No. Seat reservations are secured through advanced ticket purchase online at StJamesLiveATL.com or in person at the ticket booth during hours of operation.

  • No, however, when purchases are made an 19% gratuity is automatically added to each bill.

  • We do not take drinks back. Please know what drink you want when ordering.

  • Performance times vary. Please check our website or your ticket for your specific showtime.

  • Go to StJamesLiveATL.com or stop by the venue ticket booth during normal hours of operation.

  • Parking is limited because we share a lot with other venues. Please consider using Uber or Lyft.

  • No. All venue entries require the purchase of a ticket.

  • Yes. Our atmosphere is conducive for adults 25 years or older, however, the minimum age requirement is 21. Children are not permitted in the venue, even when accompanied by an adult.

  • ‍No. We love birthday parties, however, outside food and beverages are not permitted. Birthday cakes are only permitted when renting one of our semi-private party rooms. See event coordinator for details.

  • No refunds. Once a ticket is purchased, there are no refunds, exchanges or credits. Please see the terms and conditions printed on your ticket or refer to the St. James Live website.
